Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.
Click on the “Create Account” or “Sign Up” option on our website. Enter your details, including your email address and password, and follow the prompts to complete registration.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to update your shipping address. Once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

Depending on product availability and warehouse locations, your order may ship in multiple packages. If so, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging. Refunds, exchanges, or store credit may be offered depending on the situation
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions via email. Please do not send items back without authorization.
